Youngstown Playhouse to have auditions for ‘Elf: The Musical’

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown Playhouse can have open auditions for the creation of "Elf: The Musical" from 6 to 10 p.m. Sept. 28 and 29.

The construction seeks actors age 15 and older. Consideration should be given to younger actors age 10 and older for the position of Michael.

Actors may still put together 16 to 32 bars of an uptempo musical theater tune. Singing from the demonstrate is acceptable. Actors should still convey obviously marked sheet song. An accompanist might be offered. Actors may still be prepared to bounce and produce relaxed apparel and sneakers for flow. 

Callbacks will take vicinity from 6 to 10 p.m. Sept. 30. Rehearsals will begin Oct. eleven, with technical rehearsals the week of Nov. 29.
