SYNOPSIS:

Beehive: The '60s Musical fits large voices with massive hairdos. From Aretha Franklin to Janis Joplin, Beehive is a wailing musical tribute to the girls who unmistakably left their mark on '60s song.

character DESCRIPTIONS:

WANDA (18+) – Portrays Aretha Franklin. a robust actress as well as singer. She incorporates the majority of the talk and narration all the way through the revue. She is a leader - potent, powerful, and interesting. She need to have the capability to have interaction with no trouble with the audience. Sings: "natural girl," "walking within the Rain," and others.

JASMINE (18+) - Portrays Diana Ross of the Supremes. Sings: One nice Day, where Did Our Love Go? Come See About Me, and others.

LAURA (18+) - Portrays Janis Joplin and Lulu. Sings: Will You still Love Me day after today, "To Sir, With Love," try, Me and Bobby McGee, and others.

ALLISON (18+) – Sings: the place the Boys Are, My Boyfriend's returned," someone to love," and others.

PATTIE (18+) - Sings: or not it's My celebration, Son Of A Preacher Man, and others;

GINA (18+) - Portrays Tina Turner, and the lead singer of the Starlets. Sings: I offered My coronary heart to a Junkman, Proud Mary," and others.

Please put together a 30-2d to one-minute piece of a 60's-lady-neighborhood trend tune, either from the show, from musical theatre repertoire, or another fashion-appropriate music from the time. There should be a quick dance audition.
