Auditions set for holiday exhibit

SAUGATUCK â€" Saugatuck Village avid gamers will once again be internet hosting auditions for its thirty seventh annual creation of the Charles Dickens’ traditional, “A Christmas Carol.”

Auditions will take place at 7 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 17-18 at Douglas Congregational Church Friendship corridor, 56 Wall St., in Douglas. Callbacks will take place here week.

“We are looking for little ones and adults to fill the various roles of Dickens’ delightful characters,” observed Steve Williford, director. “All who audition should still be ready to share (read, if need be) a poem, small story, shaggy dog story or monologue. something 1 or 2 minutes lengthy is acceptable. The audition piece doesn't need to be memorized but should be anything you comprehend well and consider comfy performing.”

efficiency dates for “A Christmas Carol” should be Dec. 8-10 and Dec. 15-17 on the Saugatuck girl’s membership.
